The integrated cloud scanner in MACOBOX is a customized build of emba, tuned to work smoothly with our device. You can start a scan from binaries or firmware dumped via UART, SPI, I2C or JTAG, or from the scan dashboard using the Choose file button to upload an external binary or firmware.
The scanner will extract and unpack the image, then run static and dynamic analysis on the target. It supports the major real time and embedded operating systems such as

• and others
The scan dashboard shows the main details of the scan you started, especially the status like queued, launched, completed and so on.
When a scan is completed, the blue button in the Actions column starts the report generation. Once ready, the report appears in the dedicated section and can be downloaded locally.
Navigation through the report is available using the dropdown menu listing the sections created by the scanner.
You can also create a PDF report by selecting the pages you want and then associate that PDF with a project. The generated PDF will be visible in the DOCS section of the chosen project.
